:: Say cheese ::
The photoshoot came n went.
Angel, Nigel and I had a fun time working with the photographer.
I remembered telling D when we first started school that I wanted to be the poster girl for NIE.
Lol.
Since they needed a Malay girl and my schedule has a free time slot, I grabbed the chance to 'model' for the NIE/NTU open house poster.
There were so many shots.
Each time we were told not to fake our smiles.
The minimum requirement was to at least show a set of teeth.
Eventually we relaxed, the photographer cracked some jokes.
We were 'cheeseee-ing' all the way to the end.
I didnt know posing for a camera can be tiring.
All this while I have this perception that models have an easy job. Just be pretty in front of a camera. How untrue is that. Angel n me had to keep pushing our hair back. I was told to make my hair more unbalance. Like wth. For a 3d angle or something, so I was told.
But in the end, it was the candid pictures that turned out to be the nicest.
We took home a sample.

Oh, this pic definitely cannot make it.
Angel's legs were showing.
I looked rather spastic.
But among the three of us, Nigel was the most photogenic.
He didnt even have to do something to his hair!
Just hope, they put a decent picture of us. Esp. me.
Lol. Vain sia Mira.
Glad to bump into some of the juniors on the way back home.
The year 2's were calling me kak. Haiz. Accepting the fact that Im on the senior citizen list in NIE. Into my fifth year now. It really doesnt feel 5 years to me.
The bonus question popped up.
About how I ended up with the man.
Lol.
My encounter with the man was an unexpected one.
Ive heard his name being mentioned by frens quite a few times.
Which of course arouse my curiosity and I even told my president to introduce me to him.
Jokingly anyway because I was happily enjoying my singlehood.
Then I rememberd him as the guy who was giving out tshirts during my BA registration.
I sort of develop a crush on him. Brush it off immediately anyway because at that point I had a certain sort of resentment towards men in general.
But not before secretly hoping I will meet him again.
So I did.
Many-many months later.
The rest is history,
Up till now I wonder how did the two commitment phobes actually ended up together.
Oh well, if it happens. It happens. Haha.

My very much loved sec 4 boy. Muahaha.
I miss my fav. friends.
Bestie and ahlian Len.
For some unknown reaons, I am jumping in joy.
Feeling very blessed.
