:: Hello TP and Iman ::
Finally cleared my evaluation.
It came as a surprise for I was expecting an immediate failure.
Thanks to a nervous China woman who cut queue during the U-turn, forcing me to ebrake.
The 18 yr old mat was also complaining about the reckless overtaking she made.
So we were pretty lucky to breeze through the whole assessment with a borderline point despite having to react to such carelessness made by other riders.
TP in 22 days - (Im confident I will fail on the first attempt).
12 pair of eyes watching your every move. Wonder how it will be like.
I think I will miss BBDC.
The circuit is supercool. Imagine road safety park. :p
I still remember my first practical - I could not release the bike from the mainstand and ended up throwing the bike to the ground.
'Girl never eat is it?' - the usual line, everytime I cant get off the bike from mainstand. Lol.
It gets better. I learnt the technique.
The slope, I rolled backwards a few times. Its a funny sight.
The narrow plank and pylon were my favourites. It makes me feel like a minah rempit. Corner baring beb.
The figure of 8 - I think I overcame my fear. Clocked in on time.
And the road? The best and more dangerous of course.
Not forgetting many mats encounters I had there.
Common questions asked.
'Ko umur braper siak?'
'Ko ITE maner se?'
'Ko dah ader boy?'
Super mats. I will as always redirect the questions back to them.
And after that encounters, if I bump into them again, they will call me kak.
Mat2. Lepak man.
Ohh, and there were a few nyonyas too.
I think thats the best part of learning.
You get a chance to meet people. You get to see another world outside yours.
And Im glad I did try.
Getting a bike is another matter.
Im still deciding.
I might just collect licences. Muahahha.
The last class I intend to enrol will be 2A.
Insyaallah.
We visited baby Iman today.
The first of the selenger geng next generation.
I am Aunty Mira man.
Sometimes I forgot Ive hit adulthood.
To Baby Iman:
'You are the first baby Auntie Mira carried. You can never understand how nervous Auntie Mira felt because she was so afraid she will drop you like she always drop her things. But you were so calm in Aunty Mira's arms, Aunty Mira dont mind carrying you everytime. Oklah, bluff. Aunty Mira hands will be tired by then. Grow up quickly ok so Aunty Mira has someone to play her watergun with, no auntie Mira dun like dolls - they scare her. See you soon Iman.'
To Baby Man:
'You are too heavy for me to carry and you will never know how nervous you make me feel everytime you are near. Cet. Haha.'
Photos will be up soon.
