10 cardinal rules in my book of rela.

1. Please be frank :
If you have negative feelings, tell me. I love you but I can neither read your mind nor heart.

2. Please be independent :
I can't have someone clinging to me like a small boy craving for attention. You do have a life, live it.

3. Please listen to your family :
Nothing beats a man who puts family first in his priority list. Without them, there will be no you.

4. Please have friends :
Do not even attempt to throw your close pals when you are in a commitment. Limit the hangout sessions maybe, but at least meet.

5. Please stick to your ambitions :
When you first met me, you talked about ambition. Now that Im with you, I wanna see you achieve the dream.

6. Please be yourself :
Stop pretending to make me happy by trying hard to look good, act smart and humour me. Pretense dont get you anywhere. I am very selective.

7. Please be responsible :
Actions speak louder than words. If you really want to be with me, work it out together. We will get there some day.

8. Please be understanding :
I am a workaholic (if I choose to be or if Im rushing for a deadline). I need you to understand my work for its part of me.

9. Please let me travel :
I intend to see the world (at least most of the countries) before I leave this Earth and I would love to have you witnessing the beauty of life with me.

10. Please be patient :
We will fight. We will 'hate' each other at one point of time. But it comes in a package of any relashp. The ups and downs. This is when patience comes in handy.

The rules are'nt one sided.
Its two people.
