:: My morning ride ::

uncle was kind enough to trust me with his car.
so my two nights orientation driving - to changi, ecp, mount faber, was not only about him guiding, rather us getting to know each other better as adults.
its nice to know hes a younger version of dad.
the open-minded sort where u cn have interesting conversations with from night to dawn.
and like me, he loves the night. the nature and most importantly, good food!

and so we had a good joy-ride.
noting beats the lessons we learnt from older n more experienced adults.

ohh, did i mention my parking sucks big time?

***********
as much as i want to exercise the freedom of self-expression, there are some things i have to conform to.
its true, all of us have different masks we put on to suit the occassion.
no, i wouldnt call that being a hypocrite.
rather its human basic instinct for survival.

only we know who we are and what we are capable of.
so if anyone pats your back and says, 'its ok, i understand'.
yes, its reassuring but after years of living, have you not learnt how powerful words cn be?
