i was told i would be getting back my old ct and teaching the upper level, 4&5.
lets pray thats gonna happen cz im more comfortable with the upper pri den lower primary.
so like last year, i will have two men watching over me. scrutinising my every move. hehe.
its just a personal preference. professionally, working with man is a little bit easier (that is if you get a real man, not the half-half).
why so? because generally men seldom fret over petty stuffs. even though they can be a work perfectionist, they give you room and freedom to do what u think is best for you. its like, 'i dont care how you do it, as long as you do it'.
but not all of us are lucky since now men and women dont differ much though in physical terms, the strong difference is apparently evident.
