:: Happy 2006! ::
the pyjamas party went well.
after five years, we discovered some interesting facts about each other.
one, bestie n her bears are inseparable. n i get a good scolding everytime happy or damz fell from the bed bcoz i accidentally pushed them away.
second, bestie actualie eat cup noodles.
three, put me n bestie in a room n d room cn turn upside down.
u noe the kind, 'anak dara takleh harap, bangun bila matahari dah naik. bangun mcm princess, pergi dapur makan'. thats us.
haha. so if ever and touchwood, we bcome spinsters n decide to live together, i figured it will be bad. maybe we grow bald n die early because we only eat instant cooked food n spent too much time staring at the computer.
but the sweetest thing yesterday was when at 12am, first time in our friendship we are together embracing the new year. a tight hug and a peck on the cheek, the i-love-you telepathy seems to get the better of us. (no, we are straight. we love men too much to quit loving them n bcome a lesbian). and after 5 years, like a sister, we slept on d same bed, woke up n face each other. a good start to a new year. d best thing about friendships n i must admit, there are so many things ive yet to learn about my bestfren, is that what keeps the friendship going is the simple acknowledgement that we lead our separate live but we still need each other to complete us.
and dad celebrated his bdae today.
the man in my life who is not only my biological dad, but a dad in all sense of d word, a buddy, a friend, a mentor and someone who imparted his experience n knowledge to his only daughter.
i love you dad. the best i can have in this world. :)
we bear...
the wounds and scars of furious battle
I and my Twin Soul
but now we walk in quiet peace
with all our scattered pieces whole
together, hand-in-hand.. full serpent circle
back into the Pyramid-shaped rainbow
of tomorrows brighter Eden
crowned by gentle Venus with the Victory of Love
that did not die
but has survived the night of selfish seeking
to wait for morning's soft forgiveness
and the dawn of understanding.
