Chapter II : The Life Journey - Strength

she looked away. fear of her own strength. fear of her own weakness.
its not that bad. she claimed. denial - an instant remedy to her aches.
it will be fine. she claimed. a strong front she potrayed. smile, she told herself.
u did well, the inner soul applauded. a great human actor you were, the inner soul beamed in pride.
Deaf, blinded, mute - she no longer hears. no longer sees. no longer speaks.
Life dont wait for you. D mind says. She knew, she could be in control.
She called strength. Faith had always been there for her but today she needed strength.
Strength, are you there? No reply. Disheartened. Dont give up. Said mind. Keep calling.
And so she did.
So strength was there all long. Strength listened but refused to speak to her.
Her persistence annoyed strength. Strength finally uttered, 'Im here for you'.

It was all she needed. Faith and strength. In bad times. In good times.
She thanked her mind.
She thanked her heart.
For today, shes been blessed.
A simple realization. That imperfection is human.
