my signature black background is back. yes, kak ila. it seems my white background cant sustain that long. neither can dis itchy fingers keep to emselves; lest another template is made by an indeed fickled soul.
assignments are slowly piling up. with 3 presentations due nxt wk and unlucky me all 3 will be presented on d same day. dis semester though, i have to thank my lucky stars for granting me active project members. definitely release half of d workload.
working in a team is much tougher than working individually.
tolerance and acceptance are crucial when it comes to working in a team. any personal resentment has to be set aside-professionalism being d ultimate key to get things done smoothly. likewise, when too many ideas are being discussed, options need to be narrowed down. leaders have to make a choice, after mutual agreement from respective members.
only when working in a team, will you be able to know one's character. definitely evident through his/her working style. some will be admired. others will be 'loathed'.
at d end of the day, its not about the work being produced. bt the journey to its completion that really matters; everyone carrying out his/her role as a group member and when its being praised. we can proudly say, 'Yes. We had work as a team.'
