as i'm getting older, i realised the importance of investing money to certain people or things like.
1) your dentist: no, we are not talking about perfect white set of teeth unless you are rich enough to undergo dental surgery. here, we are talking about a healthy set of teeth and gums. your dentist can help you remove whatever cavities and bacteria that is causing your gums to swell (ok, i had gums infection) and regular visits to d dentists could actually save you some teeth as teeth,if its nt been taken care of properly, can actually rot and 'dropped off''. so without knowing it, in ten years time you will become a toothless adult. so people, try imagining yourself without teeth and like me, i noe you can't bear such thought. so, what are you waiting for? make an appoinment with your favourite dentists nw! Wee.
2) your fitness instructor: how many of us actually have the discipline or even d slightest willpower to exercise regularly. often, we come out with excuses like 'ah, busy r'. ok, ok, im guilty of that. so what we do, we eat, eat, eat like any normal Singaporeans and then pretend that whatever fats that we are gaining will dissappear on its own. It just happens that I'm a hard-gainer with a fast metabolism rate. That explains my skinny frame though not an excuse for me to stop exercising because truthfully, d body keeps getting lethargic and yes i tend to get sleepy easily after a heavy lunch. So, i admit I still need exercises to keep me healthy, fresh and sane. Maybe, yoga or pilates could help. Wee.
3) your facial products: you maybe the ugliest person on Earth. Nobody really is but some people thinks they are ugly, so they are ugly. Its a pyschological thing. What you tells your brain, your brain will act upon it. So if you tell your brain you are stupid, then your brain will mke sure you are stupid. Get me? Ok, so you may splurge on facial products and cosmetics to make you look good. Its a good start, though it might turn bad if you are obsessed with your face. You must have d slightest responsibility to ensure that your face is clean. It may not be a perfect flawless skin. But no one will notice your ugliness if your face is healthy, clean and fresh. Dis comes with your personality too.
and yes, never ever take your youth for granted. you wont look young forever,
