restarted gym sessions again.
switched d normal 20minute treadmill routine to 20minute crosstrainer.
4 sets of situps.
satisfying.... but.
i lost weight. wic wasnt the initial results i intended.
for unlike most who exercises to lose weight, i hoped to gain weight through exercises.
by's telling me my routine is all wrong.
too much time on the treadmill and crosstrainer will only make me lost weight.
yes, its been proven.
did my own mini research for exercises to gain weight.
and as much as i try to convince myself that I eat a lot, my food intake is undoubtedly insufficient.

I learn that I am an
- Ectomorphs --- with their low body fat levels, fast metabolisms, small frames and sparse muscle mass these are the classic hard gainers. If you are young, male, have a small frame size and low body fat levels regardless of what you eat you will have to work much harder than most to gain weight and muscle.
And now, I realised I need a lot of weight training , dumbell exercises. no more running. geez.
