it took me about two days to recover from d trip.
My first flight experience was great. Such a nice feeling to be on the clouds.
I got the window seats.
And when I look down, everything looked so small.
The return flight was so much scarier den the first because there was turbulences nw and then.
It doesnt helped much to look over the window and saw the plane wings shaking that it could drop off anytime.
Ok..i was exaggerating. Hee.
I vowed, for now, not to board any more budget airplanes.
So it means that unless I have sufficient savings, I would just spend my life rotting at home.
Some advices if you are planning to go to Bangkok for holidays.
1) Unless you are street smart, never never travel alone; best if you have a male companion and make sure he looked like a bodyguard.
2) Try as best not to look like a foreigner. Ok, this will be an advantage to people who looked like a Thai national. Even if u tried hard not to look like a tourist and u failed, don't act or dress up to attract attention. Bangkok's not the place.
3) If u think u can rely on the taxis, forget it. U myt be stuck at the same place even after an hour. Opt for tuk-tuk. Ride at your own risks and its definitely not for the weak-hearted ones.
4) And always always on a lookout for stalkers. Some are professional pickpockets.
Nonetheless, it was a nice place to be. Especially for shoppers. You will get d same quality clothes, shoes, accessories and bags for half the price (even lesser).
And bestie. Let's just say I reserved some money for your birthday present instead. Heeeeee.
